This is a church service environment designed specifically for a 4th or 5th grade student, including high energy games, Student Spotlight, worship, and interactive ways of teaching God's Word. Student Spotlight helps students to better know each other and begin building relationships. Worship consists of both singing and journaling.
Wednesday night D-Groups focus on three things: Games, God's Word, and Worship. 4th and 5th grade students love to run and play fun games with one another, and that is exactly what we do with them on Wednesday nights. We start out with time for leaders and students to build relationships with one another through games, laughing, and having fun. Before we split into our D-Groups, we spend time in corporate worship, preparing hearts for going into God's Word and meaningful discussions.
Each Spring and Fall, Flood hosts an Outreach Event, where students are encouraged to bring an unsaved friend. Each Outreach Event start out with some food, then some kind out outrageous-extreme-fun activity, then closes with the Gospel message.
If you have a 4th or 5th grade student interested in baptism, please contact us to set up an appointment to meet with our Flood Director and go over what it means to be baptized.
Come spend the afternoon with other Flood students and their
families. On the third Sunday of every month, after second service, Flood hosts a
family event. We'll meet at the Aliso Viejo Town
Center fountain next to the Stadium Brewing Company. Grab your family, a lunch, a football or frisbee and come join us at 1pm at the fountain!
