We have many opportunities for you to serve with your D-group or family around Coast Hills this Easter season! 

You can sign-up to serve by two ways:

1.) Download the sign-up sheet, fill it out and turn into the information center or church offices.

2.) Sign up online below! (we will connect with you regarding more details!)

Good Friday Children Programs: Birth-5th

Assist lead teachers, engage children in various activities for Good Friday services for ages birth - 3rd grade. Junior High Students are welcome to serve in childcare as Jr. Helpers if parents prefer them not to attend Good Friday Services.

Time Commitment:  Arrive 20 minutes prior to service and serve until 15 minutes after services end.

CHOOSE:    Good Friday Service, March 31      3:40 - 5:30pm            5:40 - 7:30pm

Easter Children Programs: Birth–5th Grade

Assist our Kid Life leaders as they share the love of Jesus with our kids and students at the Easter Services.

Time Commitment: Your service(s) of choice for Easter. Arrive 20 minutes prior and serve until 15 minutes after services end.

CHOOSE:    Easter Saturday Service, March 30     3:40 - 5:30pm             5:40 - 7:30pm
                      Easter Sunday Service, March 31        8:10 - 10:00am           9:40 - 11:30am           11:10 -1:00pm

Help Traffic in the Parking Lot

Greet people as they drive in our church parking lot.  Keep track of available parking spots, and help direct the traffic flow as the services exit. A great serving opportunity for D- groups to serve together!

Time Commitment: Arrive 30 minutes prior to service and serve until 30 minutes after services end.

Stage Set-Up & Strike

Set up, tear down or prep audio, video or lighting with our tech team.

Time Commitment: Anytime you can serve below:

CHOOSE:   Set-Up - Sunday, March 24  • 2:00 - 4:00pm
                     Set-Up - Tuesday, March 26 • 10:00am - 6:00pm
                     Strike Set - Monday, April 1 • 9:00am - 3:00pm

Cook/Provide Food for Hospitality

We need your help to cook, bring food/snacks (potluck/buffet style), help with set-up, serving or clean-up for the following buffet dinner shifts:

Time Commitment: Anytime you can serve below:

                    Thursday, March 28 • Set Up at 6:00pm, Clean-up at 8:30pm

Our desire is that every guest who walks through our door feels welcomed. This is a great opportunity for all ages to help serve. We welcome families & small groups!

Usher During Services

Welcome guests as they enter the sanctuary by handing them a bulletin, helping find seats, collect the offering, and maintain alertness for any needs during the services. Help clear aisles and prepare for the next service by picking up any trash or unused bulletins.

Time Commitment: Your service(s) of choice for Good Friday & Easter services. Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to service and stay until service ends.
