Our desire is that every guest who walks through our doors will feel welcomed & are personally escorted to where they need to go. This is a great opportunity for all ages to help serve, we welcome families!
Time Commitment: Your service(s) of choice for Good Friday & Easter. Arrive 20 minutes prior and stay till 15 minutes into the start of service.
Usher During services
Greet guests as they enter the sanctuary by handing them a bulletin, help people find seats, help with collecting the offering, and maintain alertness for any needs during the services. Help clear aisles and prepare for next service by picking up any trash or unused bulletins left in the rows.
Time Commitment: Your services of choice for Good Friday, & Easter Services. Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to service and stay till service ends. *Adults only please!
Come hang out with us in Kid City, play with the kids and students, and share the love of Jesus with them at the Saturday and Sunday Easter Services.
Time Commitment: Your service(s) of choice for Easter services. Arrive 20 minutes prior and serve until 15 minutes after services end.
Childcare with Little Steps
Assist lead teachers, engage children in various activities for Good Friday Services for ages birth - 5th grade. Junior High Students are welcome to serve in Little Steps as Jr. Helpers if parents prefer them not to attend Good Friday Services.
Time Commitment: Good Friday Service(s) 4:00pm or 6:00pm. Arrive 20 minutes prior to service and serve until 15 minutes after services end.
Help traffic in the Parking Lot
Greet people as they drive in our church parking lot, and help with exit flow after services get out.
Time Commitment: Your choice of any Good Friday & Easter Services. Arrive 30 minutes prior to service and serve until 30 minutes after services end.
Stage Set-Up & Strike
Set-up, tear-down and prep audio, video & lighting with our tech team.

- Strike-Set -- Monday, April 5th 10:00am - 3:00pm
Cook / Provide Food for Hospitality...
We need your help to cook, bring food/snacks (potluck/buffet style), help with set-up, serving, or clean-up for the following buffet dinner shifts:
- Tuesday, March 30th -- Set-Up at 6:30pm, Clean-up at 9:00pm
- Thursday, April 1st -- Set-Up at 6:30pm, Clean-up at 9:00pm
- Friday, April 2nd -- Set-Up at 4:30pm, Clean-up at 6:00pm
- Saturday, April 3rd -- Set-Up at 4:30pm, Clean-up at 6:00pm
- Breakfast, Sunday April 4th -- Set-Up at 8:00am, Clean-up at 11:30am
Communion
Set-up, prepare or clean-up communion. Choose from the following:
- Donate Communion Supplies- Drop off Matzo crackers and grape juice upstairs at the receptionist desk in the church offices March 30-April 2.
- Set Up Communion- Thursday, April 1st -- 4:00-7:00pm A general design will be made and you will copy it on the 10-12 other tables in auditorium. Help with decor and candles.
- Tear Down Communion- Saturday, April 3rd -- 9:00am-12noon. Take down tables, pack and store supplies, wash and put away plates and goblets.
Snap some Photos
Warm up your shutter fingers! Easter weekend is a great opportunity to catch candid shots of the congregation wearing their Sunday best! We need photographers for all services over the weekend. Consider capturing moments this Easter with our photography team!
Safety Team
If you are a police officer, fireman, EMT, medical or security professional we are recruiting a team together for special events and weekend services.
