Opportunities

Production & Rental Director

Our Production and Rental Coordinator, ensures that all equipment and tools function properly. Duties include building schedules, creating, and maintaining spaces for audio and visual communication in both small and large spaces. Primarily responsible for meeting the technical needs of all weekend services, church ministries, and special events; leadership and oversight of all production, set-up, and teardown teams for the auditorium; recruitment, development, training volunteer production teams; research, purchase installation, and ongoing maintenance of all technical equipment. The Coordinator will provide rental clients support for booking and day-of production assistance. This role coordinates all aspects of rental service, from consulting, equipment, and personnel programming to product support.

Worship Pastor

As Worship Pastor, you will lead the body through Christ-centered worship. Responsible for training and shepherding worship team members and overseeing the worship portion of services. Responsibilities include developing and communicating worship vision, needs and opportunities with the Lead Pastor to the church body, staff, and volunteers. Responsibility to plan, organize and direct a comprehensive worship team to meet the needs of Coast Hills. This role coordinates all aspects of leading our church through worship from developing a vision, recruiting and training others, to providing spiritual oversight for the group of musicians that are part of our body.
